I have changed my rating of the tablet and company to 5 stars. I had heard that working with the company was not positive in a couple of reviews. But I found that the tech in the company were willing to work with me to troubleshoot my problem of the unit turning itself off frequently. The tech gave me a couple of things to try: the problem got better but did not entirely go away. So the company is sending me a new unit free of charge. I would say that the company definitely stands behind its products after offering help to problem solve. I'm not excited about having to configure a new unit, but I am certainly happy that the Feonal company stood behind its tablets.My husband and I bought two feonal-US ten-inch tablets. He bought the black product and I bought the silver. His is working fine, but my silver has been problematic for several months.When I am using it, it suddenly will turn off. I press the start button and it takes a while (Feonal appears and then whirling circles), but it does come back on. However, it will soon turn off again and the same described in parentheses happens again. This will happen three or four times before it either turns off completely or comes back on for me to use. I thought it might be the battery running down, but it happens at 50% charge, too. I performed the soft reset that the company suggested: press the on/off button and down-volume button together, but it did not fix the problem.I've read reviews that cite other problems, but they say the company is not responsive after suggesting fixes.I'm not sure if it is still under warranty; I bought it in September 2024.I've found that Amazon always backs it products with communication with the vendor, so I am hoping the same happens. I am in communication with the customer service.I'm giving a rating of 2 stars because when it stays on, it works well, but it is annoying to spend 3 or 4 minutes until the issue of staying on finally resolves--for a while.

It works as expected. Minimal problems setting it up. I was unable to transfer data from my iPad using a cable but I was able to do so via wifi. It would be better if it had a fingerprint sensor

I needed a tablet to go with my indoor rower. 10.1 inch seems to be the most common size, so I saw this one and it looked good. I should have read the screen specs (see below). It's basically a giant Android phone. The setup for this tablet super easy, especially if you just want to transfer all your apps and settings from an Android device. You can do the cloud update or connect your Android phone with a cable and set it up just like you do when transferring your old phone to a new one.It's Android 14, processor is OK as there's very little lag, camera's OK, but that screen is not that great for streaming IMO.Update: I knew I shouldn't go back and double check to see if there were better tablets for the money. Well, I did, and it appears here are better choices available if the screen is your primary criteria. There are a lot of 11" tablets with much better resolution, 2K or 2000×1200 v.s. this Feonal's 1280×800. The 2K 11" models are only a little more money (around $20). I may have pulled the trigger on this one a little too soon and should have shopped around a little more. The only downside to the 11" models is they are still Android 13 with no indication of future upgrades. For my purpose as a video streamer, the screen is far more important than the OS version.*The company reached out about my concerns and took care of me. Great customer service, so I added stars.
