Did not charge Nabi
I received this charger today and I had this charger plugged in my son's Nabi 2 for over an hour. The battery light still is red. I googled to see what the red light means and it says the device is not being charged. Returning.

Does not work.
The item does not work. The first time I didn't receive it. And now I received it but it's done work. So now I have to send it back. Please put my money back in to my account and I will buy something else. Thank you.
