I have not noticed a clear difference since I started taking these. Energy level is up some. But there are claims to make you look younger, I have not notice a difference in that area.

Only 500mg of Nico Rib
Each tablet has 900mg, but only 500 is Nicotinamide Riboside. The other 400mg are 2 other ingredients.

Based on initial use the product feels effective however I noticed the ingredients include rice flour so I went on to dig a little deeper into the Airboy brand and could not find information on the company, it appears these supplements are made in China and sold via EBay; proceed with caution
