Nectar.
I first had Metaxa 7* in Greece in the early 1990s. Absolutely loved it and only recently found it available online. It is smooth as silk, tastes like sunshine - warm and delicious. It is a joy.I ordered the 12* at a premium - tastes like paint stripper. Appalled and couldn't send it back. This 7* is the one for me. Beautiful bottle, colour, aroma, taste. Heaven. The price fluctuates quite a bit and often so stick it in your basket and press buy when it below £20!

Lovely drink, shame it hard to find in supermarkets but great that you can buy on here. A lovely taste and great price.Goes well with a splash of coke.

The smooth one!
I do enjoy the occasional 7 star Metaxa...if you enjoy a smooth brandy then this is a really good alternative to try. Its smooth, sweet and mellow for a spirit and is exceptional value for money when compared to brandies of similar quality.
