High quality ingredients that are typical of all Neal’s Yard products, with a wonderful lavender fragrance (from essential oils, NOT synthetic perfume). The consistency is lovely - soft and smooth, so very easy to rub in. My one gripe is not with Neal’s Yard but with the warehouse dispatchers, who put an ugly label on the front of the jar. It was impossible to remove without tearing the original label. Why not put it on the BOTTOM of the jar, for Pete’s sake?

I love the smell of this product and how it feels as I smooth it onto my skin. Highly recommend!

This works good for my husbands knee pain.

This product was in a glass jar which was broken when I received it. I actually cut my finger when first opening the jar. The product is not returnable.

In case anyone didn't know, Arnica is a great solution for growing back hair

The product looks fine and undisturbed but i should have read the reviews because I dont seem to be the only person reporting this. Obviously it was cracked before shipping since someone covered the cracked area with a piece of tape. How hard would it have been to just put a new lid on the jar then seal it? For shame- not best practice or professional way to sell a product. I think it smells nice and hope it works well- am not returning it but cant give it a great review unless it works a miracle lol.
