Original, clean, fully functional.
The first fan I got was mistakenly the 3 pin version. The seller called me the next day and made it right. 2 days later I received the 4 pin version, it's Original Foxconn, clean, and fully functional.Installed in a Lenovo IdeaCentre 720 with Noctua SAV2 mounts. This is to provide added cooling after upgrading the RX 560 GPU to an MSI RX 580 8G V1 (the only PCI-SIG size compliant card currently available for SFF PCs).

Loud
I had the exact same fan in my HP Pavilion. Although my CPU runs much cooler now, but the new fan is way too louder than the old one.

New Fan Was Noisier Than The Old Fan
The fan in my PC was getting noisier over time so I decided to replace it with this one which has the same specs. It was noisier than the OEM fan. So I took it out, and will live with the noise with my OEM fan. This one goes to recycling. Total waste of time and money.

Misleading picture - it is 3 pin, not 4 pin!!!
Too late to return, so I'm leaving this review. It's advertised as 4 pin, which can be clearly seen on the picture.3 pin arrived. I've only noticed it when I had time to install it (plus, all this COVID19 situation creates delays in delivery), long story short - too late to return.I should have looked more carefully immediately after arrival, but the fact of misleading picture remains.
