Dell Latitude E5440 14in Laptop, Intel Core i5-4200U 1.6Ghz, 8GB RAM, 240GB Solid State Drive, DVDRW, Windows 10 Pro 64bit (Renewed)

Needed a laptop for routine daily tasks and browsing. Used is perfect and the price was right. Arrived from Aventis two days early packaged well. Computer was in good condition with no obvious flaws. All original Dell accessories were included (even the battery life is pretty good for 4 years old). The Win10 key was valid and all the specs were as described. Overall setup went smoothly.Would recommend.

The unit looked brand new, it also had a cam, which was not supposed to have one. There was a fingerprint application, it failed upon set up. Windows 10 quick response 👌 after set up.

after putting my personal info in the computer I discovered the battery wasn't charging! I desperately tried to delete the info, but there wasn't enough battery life to do so. The seller promised to test the product before shipping they obviously did not. Now if I send it back I worry about identity theft, or I keep it and have to pay somebody to repair it. The seller was suppose to do this. Not sure why I should be stuck with this problem and why customer service was unable to understand what Im saying. They thought I needed help returning it. Useless talking to them they ignore what the issue is.

The laptop itself is fine for general use, which is why I bought it. However, the battery became useless very fast and wouldn't charge..

I'm very pleased with this laptop. It arrived in like new condition. There was nothing to give away the fact that it was refurbished. It practically set itself up, and I was up and running in no time. It's perfect for my needs, which are pretty basic- email, Internet surfing etc. The battery lasts for about 7 hours when fully charged. The screen is not quite as sharp as some I've used, and the sound is slightly muffled, but it's good enough for me. If you do gaming or stream movies, this probably not the computer you want.

I love Dell because it is really durable and I've come to love working with. It came installed with Windows 10, which I like and will keep.I ordered the core i5, but received the core i3 instead.While the i3 is an okay and sturdy device, there's certain software that I have to run that is failing to run smoothly on my laptop.I raised this with the seller and they were professional about it and offer a refund on the difference for the cost of an i5.

Needed a sturdy laptop that wasn't expensive to work from home. This laptop met the specifications I required and more. The seller was extremely helpful! When I had an issue they diligently worked to resolve the problem and when they were unable to fix, they quickly found a replacement laptop which went above my requirements. I love this laptop even though it's an older model. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and happy with the seller as well.Thank You!!!!!

This was my third try at a refurb laptop. At this point I strongly recommend that you don't bother. Just get a new one and save yourself the trouble. This one would not even begin the startup process. I don't see how they could not have known. They just throw the junk in the box and hope you will deal with the problems.
