Product was good and glass quality and thickness is also good.Problem occurred during delivery person left product outside the door instead of security or reception quaunter. Request you to instruct delivery agency.If product was costly i-phone and misplaced due to wrong step follow by delivery person. Who is the responsible and who will bear the cost of lost item ?

Value for money product
Value for money product but the upper cap of the jyot becomes really hot so we are not using it and it also stops the air flow to Baati which is not allowing it to light up properly. Work needs to be done on the upar part of the Diya.
