My go to for a mid level skill set knife.
These are used in many restaurants because they are high quality for the price and can tak some abuse.I gifted this to a sibling who is not at all a chef but loves to cook. He raved about its sharpness. This particular variety is safe to put through a dishwasher, though as a restaurant veteran I suggest always hand washing knives.Solid knives for the home cook.

Sharp!
The knife cuts super well, and I love it! It’s holding it sharpness through several washes and several uses. It has just the right size handle, and is very comfortable to hold and use to cut with. I use it all the time!

Not much to say it's a great kitchen knife for someone who is starting out in the culinary field does everything it's supposed too does need more blade maintenance as far as sharpening ect.

Great Affordable Chef's Knife
I bought this knife because it was highly recommended by a lot of people. It came very sharp and cut very cleanly. However, I haven't used it long enough to test the durability of the metal/edge.The grip is very basic but I can hold on very well and feels comfortable in my medium sized hands.Great knife

Slice & Dice
Needed a new knife for the house because the set I bought earlier from Big Lots made my Farberware rusted in a few months of use. I'll never buy cheap made in China knives again because they claimed it was stainless steel but in fact, they were not! But this knife...I believe this knife was made in USA (the company says all their stuff is made in USA) but the steel was Japanese. Thought it would have been USA steel but I am okay with the Japanese steel...it's better then the Chinese steel as I have had bad experiences with Chinese steel. This knife cuts great and the handle fits perfectly in my hand with the design that the handle was given. If you need a daily cooking chefs knife I would say get this one because of the price and the overall quality of the knife.
