Used this to replace bad LG refrigerator compressor. LG uses a defective compressor had a lawsuit brought against them. LG repair service wanted $1000 dollars to fix suggested I get a new refrigerator. With this compressor fixed for less than 300 dollars been working great for over a year. Be darned if I was throwing away a 9 year old refrigerator. Single stage compressors last forever

great price for this compressor
This compressor was a replacement for an Embraco EM65HNR in a GE monogram under counter ice machine. first off, i have ordered stuff of way more value from amazon and have never needed to sign for it. It is difficult to be home at noon when you work during the day. The packaging was very rough and not well at protecting the compressor, because the feet on one side were bent up against the shell. I beat them back with a hammer. The compressor however, is installed and working like a champ. I work in the trade and this was hands down the best price, i myself could find. I am please at how quite this one is compared to the other model.
