These are an amazing source for electrolytes for me, without them i constantly get headaches, muscle cramps in my neck, back etc, quality of life has much improved by simply adding 1 pill a day with my usual routine of water.TY!

I started using this product about 2 years ago when it was an incredible hot and humid summer which caused my electrolytes to get off balance. Nutrionn Electrolytes saved the summer and I have been using them ever since. I also have my senior citizen mother taking them for her health. These pills are a part of my morning routine.

I had trouble with so many powdered electrolyte supplements because they added stevia or artificial flavors, which I am allergic to. These are quicker, easier, cause no problems, & work every bit as well as flavored powders. I will gladly buy them again.
